Orders

Your Right to cancel
We allow seven (7) days in which you may review your order with us.
Any cancellation of an order must be put in writing.
If the contract is cancelled within the 7 day cooling-off period and prior to goods despatch, Clare Robinson will refund any payment made in full within 30 days. (except any postage costs incurred by Clare Robinson) All cancelled items must be returned to us (at your expense) in the manner set out below and which must be received by us complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us (at your expense) within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Clare Robinson accepts no liability for any costs incurred for the return of goods, unless in the opinion of Clare Robinson the goods are deemed faulty.

Payment may be made using a wide selection of credit and debit cards .You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. Your credit/debit card details will be transmitted via the web to a secure server.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Clare Robinson reserves the right to refuse credit card payments in its reasonable discretion.
Description of Products and Variations
Care is taken in the illustration and description of goods. The reproduction of colours and styles are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow.
Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed and variations may occur in size and materials due to the hand made nature of the goods.
Liability
Unless otherwise agreed in writing Clare Robinson’s maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Products to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Products in question. Clare Robinson shall not in any event be liable to you for:
1.any direct loss in excess of the payment amount; or
2.any loss of profits, business or anticipated savings or loss of or corruption to data or any other indirect loss or consequential loss whatsoever even if it has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
